One of the parts in my order showed up damaged, which was frustrating at first. I sent over a quick message with a couple of pictures, i was expecting the usual slow back-and-forth that sometimes happens with support stuff.
To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and didn’t make it complicated. They looked into the order, explained the options clearly, and got a replacement sent out without making me jump through hoops.
I know things can get damaged during shipping, so I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect. But I did hope they’d handle it fairly, and they definitely did. It made the whole situation way less annoying and left me feeling good about ordering from Amain again.

At first I was ready to be annoyed if the product showed up looking different, but it matched the description exactly. So yeah, I guess I’m happy with it

Ordered a few RC parts from amainhobbies.com the order updates were really easy to follow. I got emails when the order was received, packed, and shipped, so I wasn’t left guessing what was going on.

It’s a simple thing, but it makes a big difference. I didn’t have to keep checking the site over and over, which I appreciated. If that kind of communication ever dropped off though, I’d probably start looking somewhere else.

I had to send back a part because it didn’t fit, which was annoying, but not the end of the world. I’ve bought from amainhobbies.com a few times, mostly when they’ve got promo codes or some holiday sale going on. Basically, if you time it right, you can get a decent deal. Their prices are usually not bad to begin with, and the coupons knock it down enough to make it worth it. Only thing that bugs me is sometimes the really good stuff is excluded from the discounts, which feels a little cheap. But whatever, I’ve still saved money there more than once, so I’d give it 4 stars.

No smashed corners, torn bags, or random loose parts, which I always appreciate with RC stuff since some of it can be easy to damage. My only issue is that when something did go wrong with one order, I felt like they could’ve at least apologized instead of just brushing past it. Overall, it’s a smooth site to shop on, but a little better customer care would go a long way.
